Arrest made in bomb scare Police have made an arrest after finding what appeared to be a bomb outside of a grocery store in Livonia. David Clemons, 46, is charged with manufacturing and possessing a bomb. The incident happened at Soprano's Supermarket on Highway 190 Tuesday morning.
Private records bill draws debate A bill limiting what records the governor and his staff can keep private is once again drawing debate. Supporters of the bill say public distrust will be created by allowing too many exemptions, while those opposed to it say state negotiations with business leaders could be damaged without some privacy.
